Tidelands Nature School

Tidelands Nature School is dedicated to cultivating curiosity and awareness of our diverse natural world. We aim to illuminate our innate connection to nature, fostering stewardship of vulnerable ecosystems in and around the city of Savannah.​

Tidelands was born out of a desire to introduce children of all ages to nature, fostering exploration, connection, play and environmental stewardship. The interplay of water and land provides a basis for the way we think about education being grounded and connected to a place but moving and dynamic like our tides.

We operate out of a Tidelands seeks to let children learn through:

• outdoor discovery

• social development

• storytelling

• play

• kayaking

• nature walks
